Kayla Bridick is a first-grade teacher living in a small town just across the river from St. Louis, Missouri. When she’s not teaching, she is an avid lover of writing, painting and riding her bike to visit Jesus in the chapel. She recently collaborated with her best friend and illustrated the book “Becoming,” a collection of poems highlighting the experience of being a young woman amid joy and sorrow, redemption and sin.
